In "Rascals," Chetan (played by Sanjay Dutt) and Bhagat (played by Ajay Devgn) are two rival conmen who constantly try to outsmart each other. Their paths cross when they both fall for the same woman, Khushi (played by Kangana Ranaut). As they compete for Khushi's affections, their comedic schemes and tricks escalate, leading to chaotic and hilarious situations. Meanwhile, a wealthy businessman named Bajaj (played by Satish Kaushik) also gets entangled in their antics, adding to the mayhem. The film is a blend of slapstick comedy, witty dialogues, and over-the-top performances, exploring themes of love, friendship, and the consequences of their deceitful lifestyles.
